2001 Public Programs

• Archaeology Road Show- Friends of Dallas County are encouraged to bring in their favorite archaeology finds to be identified by an Iowa State archaeologist.

• 2nd Sundays at the Cabin - Enjoy Pioneer demonstrations every 2nd Sunday. Musket shoot, candle- dipping, spinning and natural dyeing and weaving, open-fire cooking demonstrations are planned.

• Arboretum Accolades - An outdoor concert held at the Forest Park Arboretum. themes for Arboretum Accolades are historical and culturally based and can vary year to year.

• Scenic History Drive - Enjoy the Fall colors and tour local historical sites
